This service is inspired by the Taizé Ecumenical Community of France, which strives to be a ‘parable of reconciliation and community’ for the world by bringing people from various Christian traditions together through work, worship and prayer. A Taizé service takes its meditative music, prayer form, and name from the Taizé Community and will include the imposition of ashes.

The service will be proceeded by a simple meal of soup and bread in Woodmont room. Everyone is welcome.
