The Theology of the City
February 6-27 – Dr. Arthur Sutherland
This is a four-week series on the theology of the city. We are going to look at three views of the city found in the Bible and relate our findings to our own experiences and thinking about living in the city. The first three weeks would look at contrasting views of the city: Are cities good or bad? What do cities promise or offer? What are the problems of cities?
The last week would be a group meditation on FPC’s mission in relation to what we have discovered.
